An expert in local marketing says that if local shop owners will make one change to their local marketing efforts, they will see more shoppers walk through the doors on Black Friday.

Local shops around the country are preparing for the biggest shopping day of the year: Black Friday. But not all local shops have taken the steps they need to get the most sales on that day. But an expert says it only takes one thing to boost those sales.
